"When I began working with Vincent [Joyner] I had been living with chronic pain for almost 6 years. After numerous visits to Doctors, Chiropractors, Physios and Physical therapists produced little but momentary relief and no satisfactory explanation as to what the cause may be… my pain was a constant 7/8 out of 10. Now, months on from the Joyner pain protocol, while I still experience pain and discomfort, it has minimal effect on my day-to-day life. It is now 3/10 at most” - October 2024
